The Palm Pre is easy to use, with support for multi-tasking by WebOS, with a slightly smaller display than the iPhone. The slide-out keyboard is small, but is fairly easy to type on. Word documents and PDF files attached to messages can be viewed, but not edited. When used just as a phone, the battery can last 5 hours. Accessing email reduces battery life to less than 3 hours.
