Can't Install McAfee

Can't Install McAfee

Junior Poster Posts: 51 Group: Members Member #41 Joined: April 30, 2008	It says I need to uninstall AVG Free 7.5, but that is absolutely nowhere to be found on my computer. And that's preventing me from installing McAfee. I've searched everywhere for a solution but just can't find one. I'm hoping there'll be help, here.

Admin Posts: 4,395 Group: Admin Member #1 Joined: January 24, 2007	Do you have CCleaner? If not install and run it and click on Registry and click scan for issues. If it finds any issues click Fix selected issues. After you're all done with that reboot and try to install it again and see if you still get the error.
