Movie editing software recommendations?

I've got a bunch of video to edit and post to my board, but I'm getting really tired of Windows Movie Maker. It keeps telling me the 30 minute show I recorded is 25 hours long and it can't deal with it.

I just need something basic and easy to work with. Oh yeah, the files I'm editing are .vob files from dvd.

There are many movie editing software on the internet. One I know is vcdcutter. It really nice software. try it.
